This paper sets out a series of recommendations in relation to parking charges to support the delivery of Air Quality and Carbon Reduction Plans. This includes a general increase in parking charges as well as the introduction of a surcharge on diesel fuelled vehicles and on second and subsequent vehicles per household, as well as charges to apply to motorcycles.
