The Asset Management Plan sets out the Council's current plans for its property and land assets for the period 2020-2025 in line with its Borough Plan priorities. It will underpin future capital investment decisions and decisions about acquisitions and disposals of land and property. It will also highlight the Council's approach to the management of its operational properties.
