Ashley Road Depot (N17 9AZ) has been identified under Tottenham Regeneration programme as a location for a new residential housing scheme. The Council identified Marsh Lane (N17 0XB) - brownfield site in the industrial area - as a location for a new build depot (refuse workshop and associated buildings) to relocate Ashley Rd services. The report for the Cabinet consideration will be concerned with appointment of a main contractor.
