To approve the Schools Funding Formula 2020/21. The Council are required to submit the Authority Proforma Tool to the Education and Skills Funding Agency on 18 January, following the decision-making meeting of the Schools Forum on 17 January. This decision therefore cannot wait until 22 January Cabinet meeting, and will be taken as a Cabinet Member Signing.
