To agree to publish a ‘Direction of Travel’ Climate Change Action Plan, agree a provisional date for the Council to be zero-carbon and approve a process to engage the community and stakeholders on the action plan plan to achieve the ambition of a zero-carbon Haringey, in line with the Borough Plan and the declaration of a climate emergency by Full Council in March 2019. Following this process of engagement it is expected that the Action Plan will be adopted in Autumn 2020.
