The Housing Related Support contracts for Mental Health accommodation commenced on 1/4/2016 and are due to end on 31/3/2020.These were awarded to St Mungo's - Mental Health West and Sanctuary Thrive contracts. There is provision in the contract to extend them for 1 year. Therefore we would like to extend the contracts until 31/3/2021. This will include a slight uplift in contract value.
