Since commencing the district heating project on Broadwater Farm the Council have agreed to include several additional elements of works, including kitchen and bathroom upgrades, essential fire stopping works and upgrades to cold water systems to ensure compliance with current standards. These additions require an increase in the contract value of the agreed contract.
