Explanation of anticipated restriction:
This decision was included in the June edition of the Forward plan [version 80] However, it has been ascertained in the compilation of the report that although the recommendations all relate to the Council’s housing delivery programme, they are also specific decisions relating to Hornsey Town Hall, the Cranwood site and entering into a funding agreement with the GLA. These proposed recommendations require notification as part of the 28 day notice of key decisions to be In accordance with Regulation 10(1) of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012.
The decisions are required to be taken in July in order to facilitate the timely delivery of the Housing Delivery Programme.

A report to provide an update on progress towards the Council's aim to deliver 1,000 Council homes. The report will also seek Cabinet approval: • On a list of development sites to be included in the Council's housing delivery programme. • The acquisition of 11 s106 units at Hornsey Town Hall • Allocate the Hornsey Town Hall offsite contribution for the Cranwood development at the corner of Woodside Avenue and Muswell Hill Road • Variation to the total cost of land assembly at Cranwood at the corner of Woodside Avenue and Muswell Hill Road • To enter into a funding agreement with the GLA to accept revenue funding to support the Council housing delivery programme
