The Council are required to submit the Authority Proforma Tool to the Education and Skills Funding Agency on 18 January, following the decision-making meeting of the Schools Forum on 17 January. This decision therefore cannot wait until 22 January Cabinet meeting, and will be taken as a Cabinet Member Signing.

To approve the Schools Funding Formula 2019/20 following discussion at Schools Forum in December 2018. The Council are required to submit the Authority Proforma Tool to the Education and Skills Funding Agency on 18 January, following the decision-making meeting of the Schools Forum on 17 January.
