A Strategy for Tottenham High Road" (2019-29) promotes enhancement the High Road between Seven Sisters and Bruce Grove, including Tottenham Green / High Cross. It is made up of an extensive programme of project ideas, responding to consultation feedback and research, focussing on a small number of 'major' projects for the next three years.
