The London Construction Programme (LCP) led by Haringey Council establish and operate a collaborative procurements on behalf of Public Sector organisations in London. The LCP is seeking approval to establish two new construction related pan London procurement initiatives: 1 - A dynamic purchasing system to cover construction related professional services and minor works 2 - A new Major Works framework to replace the current framework that expires in April 2019
