Consultation process

The results of the Customer Services annual telephone survey in July 2006 will inform recommendations about changes to service offerings, extension of operating hours and priorities for offering services in more access channels.

SLT date: The Customer Services Strategy is intended to increase accessibility to Council services, by widening to more service areas and deepening existing service provision so that customers only need to contact the Council once to receive the service required.
