Report setting out minor updates of the Housing Allocations Policy. The Homelessness Reduction Act comes into force in April 2018. These minor amendments to the Allocations Policy are required to ensure that the Council’s policies are fully compliant with the new Homelessness Reduction Act and support the delivery of aims set out in the new Homelessness Strategy. This decision was notified in the General exception notice issued on the 26th of February 2018.
