This is the Councils formal response to the Zero by 2050 Commission. This Commission (a panel of external experts) made a range of suggested recommendations and actions on how the borough should improve the environmental impact of the boroughs Regeneration Programme.the report to the Director will include: 1) Cover Report, 2) the Commission's Report to the Council including recommendations and actions, 3) The Councils response to the recommendations and actions.
