A decision taking forward a contract extension with the Tri Borough Alternative Provision Trust is required to enable the Council to comply with the section 19 statutory duties for local authority areas to provide provision for children and young people needing to be educated otherwise than at school. It is not in the Council's best interest to tender this provision at this juncture
