The ‘Positive Behaviour Support Service’ framework aims to address the needs of adults and young people with complex needs (including learning disabilities and/or autism; those who display behaviour that challenges; and those with mental health conditions) through the delivery of specialised interventions in a supported living environment. Cabinet approval will be sought to award the contracts under this framework.
