Following the consultation on the Community Infrastructure Levy Preliminary Draft Charging Schedule, and associated governance arrangements for CIL spending, and draft Regulation 123 list, Cabinet will be asked to note the findings of the consultation, approve governance arrangements for the spending of Haringey CIL, and agree that, an updated draft Planning Obligations SPD will consulted on.
