The report confirms changes to fee arrangements for eight maintained childcare settings in Haringey as outlined to Cabinet in February 2017. Changes address the impact of the Government's national funding formula for early years and associated policy changes; resulting in the loss of funding to the Council for subsidising childcare costs. Cabinet is asked to agree the introduction of new fees structures for the four Council-run settings .
