Following the February 2012 Cabinet decision, which approved the allocation of funding to support the delivery of: - heritage improvements; and - key public realm and community events space relating to Tottenham Hotspur FC’s (THFC) Northumberland Park Development Project, approval is sought to enter into the two relevant grant agreements with THFC in respect of these funding allocations; Approval is sought to: ? Grant delegated authority to the Tottenham Programme Director to enter into two grant agreements with THFC in line with the February 2012 Cabinet decision. One grant agreement will be in relation to heritage improvements and the other will be in relation to public realm improvements.
