To ask for agreement that all procurement activity, decisions and any awards required to enable and deliver all elements of Shared digital service, including any transitional stages, shall be delegated to the Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO) in consultation with the Programme Board and Corporate Directors responsible for finance within each borough, or to the Corporate Directors in the absence of the CDIO. Updates will be provided to the Committee at appropriate stages.
