37 Worcester Avenue is currently a Council property within the vicinity of the Northumberland Development Project in North Tottenham. The Council committed to sale of this property to Tottenham Hotspur Football Club (THFC) on the point of its next being void for the purposes of delivering elements of the Northumberland Development Project. In order to maintain current levels of Council housing stock, the Council have agreed with THFC, the purchase of their property at 17 Worcester Avenue.
