The future delivery of Wolves Lane Horticultural Centre and use of the current site. The MTFS sets out a reduction of £70,000 in the budget of Wolves Lane Horticultural Centre (WLHC). Three further funding sources are also being removed as a result of actions within the MTFS leading to a total reduction in funding of £205,000 over the next two years. This report recommends the ceasing of the current services in April 2017 and the marketing of the site for expressions of interest for the future use of the site. The report also sets aside part of the site for a new parks depot.
