In light of the legislative changes brought in by the Localism Act and the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), Haringey are seeking to amend and consult on the 2011 Statement of Community Involvement. The principle changes to be made, which will be subject to public consultation, are mainly factual and take account of new Development Management consultation procedures as well as the affect of neighbourhood planning on the Local Plan consultation and preparation and changes to take account of the move from Local Development Frameworks to Local Plans.
