To note the report on this bill which contains a series of measures aimed at making crime and disorder partnerships the most effective vehicle at tackling crime, disorder, anti- social behaviour and behaviour adversely affecting the environment. The findings are related to a review of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998. The new proposals relate to structures, delivery, governance, and accountability, national standards, mainstreaming and the national intelligence model
