The report refers to the recent rapid increase in instances of unlawful changes of use to residential and live/work use in employment areas and their surroundings in south Tottenham. It is proposed that there should be investment in an integrated team of planning, housing and legal enforcement officers to tackle this issue. The funding is proposed for a two year period
