Future health and safety related works

Possible inclusion of internal repairs charges within service charges

Management fee – reasonable method of apportionment rather than block and estate

Recovery of litigation costs (cost of LVT if allowed)/ interest on arrears and admin costs in respect of late payments

Sinking fund for future major works

Annual fee for subletting
