Consultation process
The Development Management Policies have been subject to one round of statutory public consultation, May – June 2012 (in line with the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 and Updated Regulations, 2008). The document has been amended to reflect this first round of consultation, changes in national and regional guidance and local priorities. This Cabinet report is asking for approval to go out to another round of consultation.
