Consultation process
The CIL will be subject to two statutory stages of public consultation. The first six week consultation will be on the draft Preliminary Charging Schedule, representations received will feed into an amended Charging Schedule. This will then be reported back to Cabinet before a final four week consultation. The draft Levy will be reported to Cabinet and Full Council before it is submitted for an Examination in Public in 2013.
