SLT date: Equality Implications were considered during the planning application for the Former Hornsey Waterworks (New River Village) in 2002. The allocation of the remaining £1 million will be spent on ‘capital works of social Infrastructure’ as outlined in the Section 106 legal agreement and will be available for use by all sections of the community.
