Decent Homes programme 2012-13 (year 4)

On 26 April 2011, Cabinet agreed a revised approach to the Decent Homes investment with a focus on external elements and essential health and safety works. This approach will significantly reduce the number and rate that homes are brought up to the Decent Homes standard. The current report will seek approval for the 2012-13 Decent Homes programme.
