Digital television upgrade (IRS) programme

The digital switchover date for London has been confirmed as April 2012. This report will detail the Integrated Reception Service (IRS) programme aimed at installing an IRS system in all blocks with communal TV aerials ahead of the switchover in line with our obligations as a landlord.

Consultation process

Full consultation with key stakeholders and public consultation has been undertaken in Council blocks in all key locations, with the technical option preferences having been ascertained.

DMT date and early discussion between AD and Cabinet Member: Cabinet Member for Housing with the Director Adult and Housing Services.

SLT date: Equalities and diversity implications will be taken into account via an Equalities Impact Assessment (EQIA) carried out by Homes for Haringey.
