Section 75 Partnership Agreement - annual review
To seek approval of the annual review of the Learning Disability Section 75 Partnership Agreement for pooled funding. This review takes into consideration the fact that the Whittington Health NHS Trust will be a new provider and as such approval to contract with a new provider will be needed in accordance with the Council’s Constitution.

SLT date: The people that are supported by Haringey Learning Disability Partnership are some of most vulnerable and excluded residents of the borough. Improving access to service through partnership working will help ensure that people are enabled to have more control over their care and reduce the risks to their loss of independence and place in the community. Operation of the section 75 Partnership Agreement has provided improved partnership working and the respective organisations positive promotion of equality and diversity.
