Consultation process
The site allocations Development Plan Document has been subject to one round of statutory consultation May-June 2010 in line with the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 and updated regulations 2008. The development management document has been amended to reflect this first consultation and this report seeks approval to go to another round of consultation, putting forward changes to the list of sites within the Development Plan Document.

SLT date: An Equalities Impact Assessment will be carried out in parallel with the preparation of the site allocations development plan document.
