Consultation process

There is no requirement to consult with the local community and statutory bodies on the AMR. To comply with section 35 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 and Regulation 48 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2004, an AMR must be produced. The AMR presents available statistical data relating to planning policies and the emerging Local Development Framework.

DMT date and early discussion between AD and Cabinet Member: Cabinet Member for Economic Investment, Social Inclusion and Planning with the Director of Place and Sustainability.

SLT date: There is no requirement to carry out an Equalities Impact Assessment for the AMR. The AMR provides an analysis of planning decisions. No specific issues relating to equalities are identified. As the Local Development Framework progresses, each local planning policy document will include an Equalities Impact Assessment.
