To seek Cabinet approval to sign the legally binding second funding agreement with Transport for London (TfL) for the Tottenham Gyratory to commit £5.142m of Council funding to the scheme (with TfL and Homes and Community Agency committing £18m). Council funding to comprise a combination of Section 106 funds, transport grant and own capital resources. These sums were approved in principle by Cabinet in June 2009 and September 2010.
