To seek agreement to enfranchise four leasehold residential properties that are a wasting asset. Two will be retained in social housing use and two will be sold due to being surplus to requirements. Agreement is sought to create the initial capital budget and ring-fence the capital receipt to enable the enfranchisement of the properties detailed therein with the surplus capital receipt to the Council’s resources.
