Consultation process

Consultation on the plans during the design stage has been regular and comprehensive and has involved strategic partners and other key stakeholders including parents, schools and community and voluntary sector representatives.

DMT date and early discussion between AD and Cabinet Member: Cabinet member for Children and Young People with the Director of Children's Service.

SLT date: The project will have a particular emphasis on inclusion to enable every learner to meet their potential and meet the five outcomes for children and their families. The vision has been informed by a number of consultation events targeting the users and school communities. Proposals will ensure that the new campus supports the broader primary capital programme aspirations to finally break the link between disadvantage and low achievement, transform outcomes for vulnerable individuals and groups, enable schools to have a key role in neighbourhood regeneration and support schools to meet the highest standards.
