Consultation on the plans detailed in the report is on-going and involves strategic partners and other key stakeholders including parents, schools and community and voluntary sector representatives.

SLT date: Proposals will ensure that all children under 5 have access to children's centres services across the borough; the proposals support the Council in fulfilling its early years outcomes duty to ensure good quality early childhood services are accessed by all young children, and address gaps in the outcomes for our most disadvantaqed and vulnerable children.
