Consultation process
A process of consultation will be undertaken and will include Childminders, Private, Voluntary and Independent Childcare providers, Haringey's Early Years Forum, School Standards SMT and Children's Centre Strategy Group.
DMT date and early discussion between AD and Cabinet Member: Cabinet Member for Children & Young People and the Director of the Children & Young People's Service
SLT date: The proposals seek to address issues of inequality, ensuring all young children have better access to good quality, local early years provision. There is an emphasis on improving access for children with a disability and ensuring providers are better able to meet the flexible childcare offer for 3 and 4 year olds.
