Consultation process
The Masterplan was commissioned by the London Development Agency to evaluate and develop regeneration option for the Ashley Road area to facilitate the relocation of the Council Depot to Marsh Lane and redevelop the area through mixed-use development. The principle of the gyratory scheme has been through public consultation as part of the Unitary Development Plan and the Tottenham Hale Masterplan. The scheme has been subject to discussions between the London Development Agency, Transport for London and the Council. The scheme will be subject to public consultation once a detailed design has been completed
