The review included extensive consultation with a range of stakeholders including local people with Learning Disabilities, carers, health and the voluntary sector
DMT date and early discussion between AD and Cabinet Member: Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care & Well-Being and Director of Adult, Culture and Community Services
SLT date: Adults with learning disabilities particular those with Profound and Multiple needs may face discrimination in all aspects of their lives. This is particular true in assessing health care and this action plan attempts to address this imbalance
