Consultation process
Local Authorities are currently preparing for the implementation of Personalisation by the required date of March 2011. This will require extensive ongoing consultation with all stakeholders including, Service Users, Providers, Health Authorities, other LA’s etc
DMT date and early discussion between AD and Cabinet Member: Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care & Well-Being and Director of Adult, Culture and Community Services
SLT date: Current contracts include the requirement of compliance with the Council’s criteria. Equalities issues will be considered throughout the process of implementation of Personalisation and included in the commissioning strategy and future processes and contracts
