This is a Procurement project given to the Council by the DOH. The project will enable the procurement of a host organisation to manage the setting up of a LINks in Haringey. The LINKS will be a structure for the community to input into health and Social care services. The LINks should be in place by April 1st 2008 when the current Patient Participation forums are abolished
