The report outlines the performance of the Adult Social Care complaints handling procedures and practices for the period 2007/08. The regulations require that for monitoring purposes the Local Authority must produce annual reports on the operation of their complaint procedures. The report provides recommendations for improving complaint handling and ensuring early resolution
