Consultation process
The Local Area Agreement is a formal document requiring sign off from ministers in June 08. The Outcomes and Indicators within are developed in consultation with key partners and through negotiation with key government departments and GoL. Yearly reporting to GoL through HSP. To note that the LAA will also be progressing to Full Council on 31 March for approval .
