With a budget in the region of £200m, including £28m dedicated to ICT transformation, Haringey’s BSF Programme will form an integral part of achieving Schools Transformation across the borough. Haringey is seeking to establish a framework agreement of between 5 and 7 educational and transformation consultancy specialists to provide educational advice, guidance and support at various stages throughout the life of the BSF Programme.
