Haringey Council refuses to take any action over this dangerous intersection even though it is clearly a deadly accident waiting to happen. Cars and lorries use North Hill as a short cut between the North Circular and central London, and the lives of pedestrians - especially children, the elderly and the infirm - are being put at risk.
