become Controlled Parking Zones

The implications of the changes are that non-resident cars will
swarm Tetherdown as a result of new CPZs on the surrounding
streets.
Consequently, there will be zero space for Tetherdown residents to
park on or anywhere near their own street.
Parking at present is already difficult, there is no reason why Tetherdown should be excluded from the CPZs on other residential streets.
A CPZ for Tetherdown should be introduced as soon as possible!
