Ever since the refurbishment of Northumberland Park Station, the new tannoy system has been getting progressively and more regularly louder. As much as this is useful on event days, to have a tannoy system at full volume from 5:00 am to past midnight every day is disruptive to the welfare of local residents who live by the station and further down the track. The station is not busy enough to justify such volume and people who live in and around it have the right to as peaceful a life as much as it is possible
