Problem statement being 234 is very inconsistent during the entire day. There is security concern as it gets dark very soon in winter and people living in the Osier crescent area need to walk through Pembroke road bus stop and the hallwick park which is not lit. Children need to walk through the dark when there is no 234 for extended periods.
